Funding Questions

Frequently asked questions about fees

Does Diana accept NDIS?

Yes. Diana accepts self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Sessions are billed at the current published NDIS rate for Capacity Building (Improved Daily Living, CB-IDL). Diana is an unregistered NDIS provider, so agency-managed participants are not currently accepted. Call to discuss if that applies to you.

What is the private fee?

Private sessions are $180 per hour. No referral is needed. Call Diana on 0487 951 497 to get started or ask any questions.

Can I claim OT through private health insurance?

Many private health insurance extras policies include occupational therapy. Diana can provide an itemised invoice for you to claim with your fund. Check your policy or call your insurer to confirm OT is covered and at what rate.

How do I set up NDIS funding for OT?

You'll need an active NDIS plan with Capacity Building (Improved Daily Living, CB-IDL) funding included. If you don't have that yet, speak with your NDIS planner or Local Area Coordinator (LAC) at your next plan review. Diana can provide supporting documentation to help.
